My belief on OOBEs.

I for one do NOT believe it is your SOUL ejecting out of your body. I have the firm belief it is tapping into the huge amounts of unused brain power. I believe that the different astral planes are simply levels of enlightenment. There is no harm in astral projecting. It's just another form of dreaming. (IMO)

I dont know about OBEs as I still think they are the same as AP.. As for AP, go ahead and believe whatever you want : P , you'll most likely stay within your own little mind bubble forever then, not that most people seem to mind. Imagine trying to prove AP didn't exist, that would humorous. I believe in the 7 planes reaity. Also that OOBEs, expect remote veiwing, are form AP and you go to what ever plane of energy your Aatral body is holding.

there are really lots of ways of looking at what exactly is happening when you have an obe, ap, etc. the mind really can't totally understand it, and it really doesn't need to. call it your soul leaving your body, your energy body moving, your mind shifting perception, or whatever. bottom line it is something very powerful and has incredible potential for experiencing endless journeys, some very real, some beyond reality and some unreal...
