Personally I am only intrested in REal Experiences shared openly... NO time for BUlshit like mask invisible man vampire blood sucker dork fuc... anyway i've had 2 obe's thats it, and they give me a hope that when death comes thats not the end... Those two OBE's are all I have to share, and I would like to know if anyone had one similair to mine... Both times they were identical... as i fell alseep i paid attention to my conciousness and was very relaxed almost being tugged unconscious when I was envelpoed in a light vibration.. it grew heavier, and I felt like i could either stop it or keep going.. so i kept going and i rolled outside of my body.. Because I am so familiar with the human shape that is naturally the shape i felt i was in... but i was not in my body, i was rolling around on the bed , basically i rolled back into my body after about 7 seconds, and the time i was rolling around i had no control over my motion.. that's it.. it was very real...

OBE and AP are very hard to master when your out of your body. It is so different from when you are in your body, that it feels as if you are weightless and everything you do, such as like you said roll around, just keeps going on forever. When you go OBE, you have to have a strong energy body, and after accomplishing that you can do more complex things. My first OBE that i had, i experienced a very heavy body. I couldnt move almost at all and when i did move i felt as if my leg had escaped my actual leg body. It is very weird and actually it is very fun. I tried for about 5 minutes to get my body to sit upright, only to come on to dreamviews and learn that if you roll out of your body it makes it much easier. But yes, similiar experience.
