Astral Projection during a Lucid Dream

Lets first make an assumption: 1. Astral Projection is possible and we all actually do have a soul (I don't know if I believe in astral projection so this is why I ask the question......) How can you have an astral projection/out of body experience while in a lucid dream. What is the technique? Has anyone here been able to do it?

That you should kill yourself, and except to really die, so you foul your soul to go out of your body.(i even think that was posted in this forum). And somewhere I head that you should get a AP-tool (from the ground for example) and make yourself go out of body this way. I dont know if there is something true about this.

lol are you taking a thing that we do HAVE a soul? we have a body.. we have a soul? not stupid understanding.. i am the body and i am able to think... i dont have soul - i didnt saw her, and i am not aware that i am a soul... this must be understood deeply enough, enough to talk like i do.. i dont have a body.. i am the body.. and its not only a difference in words..If you really understand that you are a body.. you will not say that you have it.. you are it.. lol.. sorry for being hard..

Actually, you're not a "body," as a body is flesh, blood, and bones. Ever heard this? "I think; i am." Descartes never stated, "I think; i have a body; i am." I don't exactly know if a soul is present, but take this example: if you get an arm cut off, you're still YOU. Losing an arm doesn't make you lose part of your personality or anything. So i guess we could say actually, we are brains.

I'm sorry, but I have no idea what your talking about. Would you mind explaining in more detail? analyze my answers if you interested to find out.. they are pure sentences.. hmm.. to help you on this.. answer yourself.. or and write also.. so.. 1 you have a body, 2 or you are a body? 3 you are not sure ? and.. 1 you have soul? 2 or you are a soul? 3 you are not sure ? If the answers are 1 - it looks like your body and soul are independant from you.. So they are not yours ! they are idependant.. if the answer is 2.. then.. you shouldnt have any problem to answer your topic question...

I heard that you can reach AP or OBE by lucid dreaming. I have tried it by flying up until I see my bed. I float through the bed and try to float through my body but I always end up in SP.

I think I may have had something close to an OBE when trying to LD once.. I ended up sitting halfway out of my body , and when I realized it , for some reason I said "oh shit!" and slammed myself back into my body. Which resulted in some serious pins and needles.
