So, I woke up in my bed, and I felt like I was in a dreamy state, and I did a reality check and it passed, but I'm not sure if this was a false-awakening or real life.
Then, while I was still "awake" and lying in my bed with my eyes closed, I started hearing a loud buzzing noise and vibration. I was afraid that opening my eyes would end this sensation so I kept them closed. After a few seconds, the buzzing ended so I started repeating things to myself such as "You are your mind, not your body" and the sensation started again. I then started floating upwards which felt really odd. I could actually feel myself leave my bed and just float. At this time my eyes were still closed, but I opened them for a second and I was indeed moving upwards.
About 1/4 of the way up, I heard a male voice say "Shut the fuck up, and I'll help you out". I had no idea why he told me to shut the fuck up, as I wasn't speaking, but it most likely meant to just relax or something. I started floating again and got to my ceiling. I could actually feel my ceiling, and my eyes were still closed. The same voice then told me how to position myself (I forgot exactly what he said) so I could fall back down into my real body. I listened, then rolled over in the air, looked down, and saw my real body sleeping in my bed.
After I saw that, I fell down to my bed (yes, it felt like I was actually falling) and when I hit my bed, I felt the impact as well. After that, I got up out of my bed, looked at my real body sleeping, and the OBE ended and I immediately went to a non-lucid dream where I was on some game show :p
So, could that voice have been my sub-conscious? If it was, why was it rude to me by telling me to shut the fuck up?
