      Weird skeep paralysis thing?

Ok so i have just got around 7 and i have class around 8 i finished my class so about the time i got home was 10:00Am cause i woke up early for my class today i decided to take a nap. So my body is face done on my bed and my face is looking right. I get about an hour in with a state in between awake and sleeping, cuz i usually sleep and wake up sometimes but this time im like asleep and awake then somethings wrong with my breathing. It feels like i have literal no energy i can barely breath like i have to force air in my body. At the same time i can't move im just stuck in that state. I remember when i was kid i had this issue to i would become frozen in my bed can't even open my own eyes and is hard for me to breath. So after i thought i that i just keep trying to move with breathing becoming increasingly hard. All i say i my self is dont die. With all this happening i feel my eardrums. They feel weird, like they are about to burst i hear and feel intense beating on them. I didn't know what was going on i felt so different like i was so close the eardrums like i was inside my own body, then lastly i hear a bump-bump...bump-bump. I hear my hearth thumping like it is on speakers. I dont feel it i hear it. Quickly after that i gain control of my body slightly then fully and my breathing goes back to normal.
Can anyone tell me what that was? OR anything at all about that.

Is the SP for Spelling or Sleep paralysis?

This weird Sleep paralysis thing I think is just that, sleep paralysis.
Your fear of what is happening during sleep paralysis is likely the cause of your other negative reactions.

      Sleep Paralysis.

Although now you say it I should have picked up on the spelling. Grammar trolling is always fun.
