Telekinesis - Related to Astral Projection?

If you've read some of my recent posts you may have noticed that I've been practicing Astral Projection, and I've had one expierience so far. This has changed my view on many things, incuding death and religion. I've also became a lot more interested in the spiritral world. So I look into other tricks you can do with your mind, and came up with telekinesis and pyrokinesis. Practicing is strangly close to the practice on AP. All about meditation and energy. I only found a quick walk-through of pyrokinesis. Insert from Wicca Tips: Pyrokinesis is a form of telekinesis in which a person uses his/her mind to control fire. Telekinesis of any kind is an advanced skill that must be built with consistent exercises and training. It is best to start with basic psychic skills such as meditation that will teach you to clear your mind and focus your energies, then move up to more advanced work. With that said, a simple exercise that you can use to try your mind at pyrokinesis is the following: 1) Find a quiet place where you will not be interrupted. 2) Light a candle and place it in front of you. 3) Look at the base of the flame (near the wick) and let your mind relax. Defocus your eyes, but continue to watch how the flame moves. 4) Imagine that the flame is a part of you that you can control just as you can blink your eyes or move your lips. 5) Once you are comfortable with step 4, try to control the movement of the flame. See it flicker, move to one side or another, lengthen, widen. Work with the flame for about 10 minutes, then snuff the candle out. Don´t get frustrated if you can´t seem to get it right -- telekinesis of any kind can take a lot of practice to master. I projected to the Real Time Zone, which, in theory, is the astral version of the pysical world. What if its your astral self moving the energy in the fire or other object? Just a thought, but what the hell, worth sharing ehh? I'm gonna try the exiercise, I'll post any results, but don't expect anything in the next few weeks (or months )

Wow, it seems like you've learned some interesting things. So how much time did it take you until you had your first AP?

I tried pyrokinesis today. I'm not sure if it was a suscess, but i put out about ten matches. Then i placed a match sticking out of the ground, and it burnt down to the bottom. Who knows, just thought it was kinda interesting.

no i don't see astral projection and telekinesis being the same. i started ap three weeks ago. and i then started electrokinesis a few days ago. All i've done is feel this jolting sensation jolt through my body.
