      Astral Projection Aid

Take a look at my sig, or go to www.geocities.com/eddtheretard/astralhole.jpg
Center your focus on the center ring, for 10-20 minutes. Try to look past it. You should feel a magnitic pull, pulling you in. When you are free of your body, feel free to explore!

I got this from http://www.spellsandmagic.com. It put me in a very relazed state, and I did feel a magnitic pull, if I would have waited a bit long, I think I could of had an AP. What are your results?
"The most beautiful thing we can experience is the mysterious. It is the source of all true art and science. He to whom this emotion is a stranger, who can no longer pause to wonder and stand rapt in awe, is as good as dead: his eyes are closed."
      - Albert Einstein
"We're so engaged in doing things to achieve purposes of outer value that we forget the inner value, the rapture that is associated with being alive, is what it is all about."
      -Joseph Campbell
"He who joyfully marches to music in rank and file has already earned my contempt. He has been given a large brain by mistake, since for him the spinal cord would fully suffice. This disgrace to civilisation should be done away with at once. Heroism at command, senseless brutality, deplorable love-of-country stance, how violently I hate all this, how despicable and ignoble war is; I would rather be torn to shreds than be part of so base an action! It is my conviction that killing under the cloak of war is nothing but an act of murder."

The image is a circular gradient probably created in photoshop. I doubt it's anything special.

Yes, I is not anything "special" but it has some strang affects.
