Thread: Share technique's on controlling your energy flow

I was just wondering does anyone have a good technique on controlling their energy flow?

Have you worked with energy before? If so at what point are you at?? Dont' mean to pry, but I can get a better idea of what excersises you would benefit most from. I have a couple of websites in mind.

Yes, mine is called Threading. If you are interested I can discuss it with you on msn or pm is you want. Anyone, for that matter, who is interested in hearing about it is welcome to message me. I prefer 1-on-1 contact when communicating that kind of information. In essence, threading requires a lot of other understandings about the universe, and I think I could write 20 pages+ right here if I tried to get it all down, so I'll just say that if you're interested, add me to your msn or pm me anytime.

I would recommend a Reiki I course, or a class in Tai Chi, or Anelior's threading. The bottom line is that any time you become involved in energy work it's a serious committment and it does involve the unfolding of higher universal truths. It is highly recommended that you have a master and/or teacher who can work with you one on one. You will need that support along the way.
