Sorry should have also clarified that I believe Astral Projection and OBE's are the same. I've already stated my reasoning for that in other posts. But to put it quickly, "If you are out of your body, than what body are you in??" Most likely your astral or mental body. I think the level of consciousness experienced has to do with what plane your traveling on. As the astral plane is only one of seven planes of existance.

Interesting reading! I wouldn't wat people sticking wires into my head, however, I wonder if it is possible to induce small currents using an electromagnetic field. If so, maybe someone will invent the Nova-OBE

Somehow I don't think it would work. You need to believe in OBE and AP to have one, usually. People would buy this device being all skeptical about it, so chances are they wouldn't get out. Also, whose to say there's not some Astral..Magic Being or something who decides this: Astral Magic Being: Hmm...a new device. People should have to pratice to OBE, not get it right away. They are not ready, fags. AMB makes it so the device dosen't work 99% of the time. Later... General Public: IT DOSEN'T WORK! Inventor: ...? It did last week.

I don't agree. I've been having AP's since I was six years old. I didn't believe in them much less know what they were. Plus everyone AP's/OBE's everynight. Most just are not conscious during it. I do agree though that it shouldn't be made that easy for people. Some simply are not ready for the experience.
