I've found that after LDing i wake up more refreshed than on days when i dont. |

It's mostly psychological. You carry the emotion your dreams convey for some duration of time after waking, sometimes for the entire day. It depends on the magnitude of the emotion and how much attention you give it. |

Apparently in a lucid dream the 'logic' centre of your brain at the front, becomes active. In a normal dream, this remains 'asleep'. So maybe some tiredness would occur, but if anything - i feel far more happy and energised after a good lucid dream. |
