Wierd sickening feeling

About a week ago, it was around 11 or so at night, I was just cruising the internet. All of a sudden, I just felt a wave of nausea, feeling like i'm about to fall back on my bed, it's really hard but to explain, but it also felt like I was spinning in circles for 10 minutes and stopped, getting the "dizzyness" feeling, and it really freaked me out. That's the first time anything like that has happened to me and I really want to know it was.

Dehydration, hunger, cold, flu, hormone level imbalance, tiredness, high sugar levels, low sugar levels.... But since you have put this in beyond dreaming im guessing you want me to say something like: YA DOOD i Know wut you mean!, DIS means U r hAVing an out of bdoy axperience!!11 Gratz! ^_^ <3

Thanks for your help on the first sentence, i'll research that.. but the rest kind of annoyed me.. =/ Don't take things so seriously man, otherwise people will just ignore you ^^... Anyway, sounds a lot like 'vertigo' to me, if it happens again contact a doctor. Its easily treatable. PS; Here's a link to the definition of vertigo, so you can compare your symptoms.
