Dream Sharing

About a month ago, me and my best friend had a very peculiar expierience in dream sharing and other phenomena. My friend had stayed with me for a week at my house, then I drove her back up to our college and stayed overnight in her room. The previous night she had slept in my bed, and that night I slept in her bed (not together). So in the morning I left and drove home, the 4 hour ride went by pretty fast with some highway hypnosis and music to pass the time. Then around 2 o clock ish I started getting a strange feeling that something was wrong with my friend. At first I was unsure, but my other friend Rebecca was able to help me identify who I was worried about and told me I should call her. I didnt take her advice in fear of sounding a little looney. Later that night right before I was about to goto sleep and I felt a strong tug on the back of what felt like my heart. I felt a rope connecting me to my friend Kate (whome I had a bad feeling about the night before) and i clearly could picture it as a green line surrounded by pink and brown. I also felt a very strong emotional pang coming from the rope, as if i was need as a anchor. This lasted for about a hour before I went to sleep. While asleep I had a flurry of dreams. The first dream I had my friend kate showed up at my front door. The second I woke up and my friend kate was lying next to me in bed. This had all felt very strange and very real, so despite my hesitations I talked to Kate about it the next day and she said that she had a family crisis that she was worrying about at about one in the morning, and unlike usual she did not recieve any of the emotional pain that she usualy had. Kate also had a dream where she went to my house, and another where we went to get her a tatoo to deal with her duality (long story). So at this point we were both very confused, and we both felt a torrent of emotions that felt as if we were downloading information from the past. It was a mix of anger, sadness, happiness, confusion and esctasy. We both also felt as if we had known each other longer then we actually had since the day we met. Kate then informed me that the day before meeting me she was told that she was going to feel something like this, but she wasant going to believe the person until she felt it, then everything would make sense. So through all of this, I am still very confused and looking for some advice on what this could be and what it could mean. I have looked up things about Twin Flames etc. but I dont think im capable of really judging what it is with my lack of knowledge. Any help is greatly appreciated! --Josh

Sorry, I can't help you, but I can ask you if you have any advice for someone else trying to dreamshare? (Not trying to bump the thread up or anything )

I cant exactly describe why it happened, but my friend said it could have been because we slept in each others beds both different nights. Either that or we just have some indescribable connection

Hey Josh. I can't explain it either, but I've also had first hand experiance in dream sharing. My husband and I have been together for many years, and being soul mates I guess you could say we are usually "in tune" with each other. Never in dream state have we shared anything, although comparing dream notes there have been times when we are in each others dreams at the same time. A few months ago i had my gallbladder removed and needed him to be very close those few days afterwards.In those few days I was on some pretty high powered pain killers and I was just so paranoid about taking them at night because I was having such strange dreams, and so I wanted him to sleep with his hand on my chest. At one point in the night I woke up from dreaming that I was drowning and I couldn't breath. I sat straight up gasping for air and as a result, my husband woke up too. Seems he was dreaming that he could see me in a bathtub full of water, but he couldn't see my face. He ran to the bathtub, took my arm that was hanging out the tub, and pulled me out from under the water, at the same time I sat right up, he had saved me from drowing. Strange? Yep. It freaked him out so bad that he will never sleep with his hand on my chest again. I was happy to know he saved me. I can't explain it. It's much bigger than me for sure. I'd say you've known her before...

Do you mean ive known her before as in past life?

I think so. Seems the people we are close too have someway, some how been in are lives before, and possibly as something more significant...I was told my now husband was a son in my previous life and has always been with me as "someone" close to me..seems strange, but who knows?
