White Lady and Memory Loss

My friend told me she saw a white lady standing in her bathroom doorway. She said she didn't look frightening or anything, just sort of sad. She was wearing a white gown and she had long dark hair and a sad yet vacant expression on her face, like she was lonely. After my friend moved out of the apartment and into a house she told me about this weird memory loss she experienced. She was sitting on her bed thinking aabout going somewhere and suddenly she was standing by her window 5 or 10 minutes later with no memory of what happened in the last 5-10 minutes since she was on her bed. Anyone have an idea what this might be?

maybe she was sleep walking a friend of mine jumped from his two story house when sleep walking he doesnt recall anything
