By this, do you mean can you be in the same dream as somebody else and both be conscious of it? If so, I've often thought this too. I think perhaps one way to try to do this would be to first be able to achieve lucidity at a high percentage of the time, and find others, perhaps close friends would work best since you already work on the same brain waves a lot of the time, that can do the same. Then all sleep in the same room and try to consciously meet up in the dream world with one another through a set plan, then I guess see what everyone experiences come morning. I can only hope that someone somewhere has tried this sort of thing for me to find the results, if not, one day when I begin to do my psychological studies, this will be one of them.
