best thing to do is use headphones (have to use some at least decent quality ones or it wont work) sit in complete darkness, id usually tie something like a bandana around my eyes just to keep myself from looking around if i got bored. i found the most comfortable position to be laying on my stomach, but thats how i sleep so just try and find the most comfortable positon for yourself. and try to focus on the beats, the more you focus on it it seems like the more intense they get and you get real into it etc. alot of them that i tried didnt really do anything...some of them had somewhat of an effect and some of them definately did something. i read that everybody can have different reactions to them. i kept the volume all the way up. |
