Question about something interesting that happened this morning...

So this morning I was kinda napping before I had to work and I was having these little dreams about being around different rooms of the house. And I thought "i know im just dreaming and am really laying with a blanket over my face." So I thought, maybe I should try and lift out of my body. So I tried lifting my hand and it kinda just shot upwards and I quickly felt my whole body rising. It felt like a way intense vibration all over my body and I could hear little popping sounds. After that I tried to open my eyes but i couldn't so after a minute, i just opened my eyes for real and sure enough I was still laying with the blanket over my face. haha. So was this astral projection? I've heard you experience vibrations and stuff. Just maybe wanted some verification.

I would not call this astral projection. In dreams we have a dream body. During a not so deep (lucid) dream, your perception can change from physical body sensation to dream body sensation. This way you can lift your dream-hand out of your physical hand, and it kind of looks like an OBE.
