Thread: How To Open the Third Eye

I has heard of different things. Some say to practice by meditation of some sort, others say different things, some of which are barely understandable like "attune your Eye to the physical plane," or something like that.

I would like to know, directly and to-the-point, the best method (if there are more than one) for opening one's Third Eye.

Well, there`s many different ways to do that. I personally opened mine with a ritual...but, you dont need that. Meditation on the third eye will do the thing. I`ll try to PM you a good site that explains well the procedure. I`ll have to search for it...anyway.

But on a serious note. There's an exercise here that's supposed to work...? I've never tried this one in particular, so I can't really vouche for it. But the ones for the root and sacral seemed to help me, in conjunction with meditiation and reading.
