I stumbled across this while meditating, i can only make a energy ball the size of a vollyball with great concentration and it has to be accompanied with great emotion like love. I will think of someone i dearly love and am able to feel the energy ball. Often times i get a big headache. i do not believe it is any psychic phenomenon. i believe it is a matter of turning off certain parts of the brain and becoming aware of what you feel. Anyone can do it. very cool
