my psi ball

well this was truly a unique experiance for me. over the past couple weeks, i have been toying with energy manipulation, while never accually taking it too seriously. last night however, i was laying in bed (very tired) and decided to try making a psi ball. i did my regular relaxation practices and then proceeded to visualize an enegy accumulation. (didnt really visualize, i just 'thought' it was there). it wasnt long before i felt an outward pressure between my hands, and as i pushed them together, they seemed to push back just as hard. i couldnt accually feel a construct, but i sensed the psi quite clearly. this is the first time i have ever really felt psi, and it was quite a rush for me. it felt like hours had passed, but i looked at my clock to see that only a few minutes had passed. i suddenly felt wide awake, and despite my earlier tiredness, i couldnt sleep for hours. it was quite a ride.

Yes its fun to do that. But i really dont know if its PSI or just a trick of the mind.

But i really dont know if its PSI or just a trick of the mind. hmm... maybe, but it felt pretty real to me, and im usually very in tune with wat im feeling. also, i have tried this before, and it felt very different this time so im pretty sure it was PSI............
