      Learning astral projection

Is it harder then lucid dreaming?
Can I practice lucid dreaming and astral projection at the same time?
      Any begginer technique?

Before I know about lucid dreaming, I had to do a research paper in my class about a subject. I chose astral projection. After a few failed attempts and two semi successful ones, i wrote my paper. Then my teacher said my paper was insufficent and suggested that I investigated further into the subject.

I started reading more and more and then came across lucid dreaming. And after a few more research into the methods, I conclude that lucid dreaming and astral projection are the same, but that's the another debate. In astral projection, you pretty much have to induce it by WILD technique in lucid dreaming, except that past the stage of HI and vibration, you see your room (this is where the supposed dream starts), you imagine yourself holding onto a rope and the rope pulls you up. You do not have to enter REM sleep or WBTB or whatever, so all you have to do is do a WILD or simply meditate and you will astral project.

I came really close to astral projection once, it was pretty hard but i think its just as hard or maybe alittle less hard than lucid dreaming. You need to have good cocentration. I dont think i could do it again.

I believe astral projection and lucid dreaming are probably one in the same. But hey, I could be wrong, of course.

Yeah I believe so too, the induction is the same thats for sure, maybe the only difference is intensity.
