Having SP at Will...Normal?

I know it sounds werid but, I expiermented today and had SP 3 times....? I sleep on my stumic...when I wake up im usually facing my right, but if I turn and face my left and start to doze upp...if I time it right, I can wake up after my body is asleep and have SP....the first time I was like ok, this happened yesterday no big deal....but then when i woke up and tried it again, it worked and I was stuck in SP once again with weird shadows and noises...but it didnt last as long, after the 3rd time I did it not too long ago, I had enough....I didnt think you could induce SP at will....something wroing with me? I never had SP before a few weeks ago, and its something I dont want everyday....or is this a sign from god or something giving me a chance to have an OBE from SP so I can see something/ someone in the astral plane?....

Well to be honest, only you can know what it means. Do you think it was a sign from god? Do you think that it just is coincidance? Im not new to SP and yes i do know what you mean on not having to much of it.. But well what do you think it means? Maybe try Obe'ing and see what happends?

I do not know how to go to an OBE from being in a SP state, nor do I want to try astral projection alone because I tried it in the past, and when I felt real heavy and knew it was working, a itch always messed it up..if somoene told me how to convert a SP to an OBE, I can do that easily since I know how to force SP now.
