i dont know if this has anything to do with astrotravel (which i attempted in 1984) ,but i can leave my body and levitatate above my bed while i am sleeping and look down upon myself.just the moment before re-awaken,i swoop back down into my body and awake. i am very conscious during the whole episode.all the sights, noises, sounds, everything is as it should be,as real time. anyone out there doing the same? lets chat and swap relaxation techniques or whatever it takes to get you out of your body and fly. |

I hope Freddy Kruger comes into my dreams one day so I can Fuck him up bad!
Dream it and believe it, that helps. If you keep living the dream, you'll keep gaining control. |

"When did the dream become a nightmare."
This just happened to me the other day. While napping and trying to WILD I noticed the sleep paralysis setting in, very quickly only took a few seconds for my whole bosy to begin vibrating and then a buzzing in my ears got very strong and felt like an electirc shock. Within seconds I was floating off the coach and could see myself laying there as well as see myself up above me. |

OMG I've tried so hard to do this and it just happens randomly to people who don't even try! Can somebody who's had this clue me into what you're supposed to do to make this happen and what WILL happen if you're doing it right? |

Guess what? I'm not telling! Nah nah-nah nah-nah nah!
LDs Since Joining- 3
I was attempting to WILD into a lucid dream, but I've been told that I'm getting closer to having OBE's than lucid dreams. The technique was the same for me, just as soon as what I thought was sleep paralysis (strong vibrations thru my whole body) I went out of my body. It was cool but I'm trying more to have lucid dreams. |
