Also I have a question is it more important to have detail? Or is it better to remember sumaries You just have to find what works for you. Personally if I write short summaries I don't remember those dreams well later and just don't care about reading them in the future. But it can take a while so lately I've been focusing on writing just one or two dreams per night in detail. I think the main goal is just to capture the feeling of your dreams, so you can start to be more aware and recognize it leading it more lucid dreams. So I always focus on my own feelings and reactions in the dream, and the details that make it dream-like, instead of every single detail
