Our neighbors (who just had a baby) were upgrading their balcony from metal to wood. I told Brian and begged that we do it too. I said, "All we have to do is go ask the leasing office and they do it for free." Brian was very skeptical. Mood: Excited to upgrade but disappointed by Brian.
