    5/7/25 Nap (Kind of lucid)

    I "woke up" after a dream that I had, and I felt quite tired. I sat myself up on my bed and looked at my alarm clock. The LCD was on but the number ceased to exist and all that was shown was the blank spot where you can see all the combinations of the numbers. I then lost what I can only explain as my dream consciousness for a second. Once I woke up I got out of my bed, as I was headed to my kitchen I demanded to have more clarity (After I woke up and wrote down my dream on my phone, I read on this that I have to start using suggestion and abandon demands). After that demand didn't work I arrived into the kitchen, I then realized that to gain clarity and stay in my dreams longer I had to ground myself (or so I am told), I used my sense of touch by feeling the table, then I grabbed some chips that were conveniently next to me and tasted them. They were bland but kind of sweet. For my last act I went into the fridge and took out some wine that was aging, and somehow I could drink it without removing the quark, It tasted how you would think wine tastes. Right as I was tasting the wine, I woke up for real.


    ** If you guys could reply to this to give me some suggestions on how to stay in my dreams longer that would be greatly appreciated!
