The first lucid dream I remember having

Wow ok, this is pretty cool, I've always wrote my dreams in a journal but it's nice to have it on an online archive thingy. Anything, this one happened nearly 5 years ago, when I was 10.

I was up in a pink colored sky, surrounded by clouds. The fairly oddparents (characters from a kid's tv show of the same name) were up there with me. I think I looked at my left hand (the same hand I write with), and there were 6 fingers. From looking at my hand, it somehow occurred to me that the dream was a dream. Being a 10 year old, and grasping the fact that I was basically in my own fantasy world, I began to ask for things from the oddparents. I asked for a football first, then a coke, then I asked for my dog Chico (who, in real life, we had to give away) back. But when I saw Chico, he was rotting from the middle of his stomach down and his eyes were a pale color....that was when I woke up, and I was kind of terrified.

That's pretty sad, especially the part about the dog. Do you have any other more recent experiences?

So cool! What a great way to have anything you could ever want, just ask your fairly oddparents! It's so brilliant.
That's very sad about your dog though, I'm sorry you had to give him away, that must have been really depressing. I had a dream about my dog a couple nights ago that had just died recently and I thought it was nice to be able to hug her and pet her, but it was kind of eery at the same time for some reason.

I hope you post more dreams!
