Ok I had a dream when I was about 14 that I can still remember to this day, I'm 27, female. It must mean something, what that is, I have no idea. So I suppose i'll just tell you about it, maybe someone here can make sence of it and why it has stuck with me for so long. Ok so in this dream I was on a beach with my mother and grandmother, the tide was comming in really quick, and they were folding and sorting washing, trying to get it ready before the tide came in. I was standing there watching, but I was hoping they would get the washing done in time so it didn't get wet. Then I look out to the ocean and this giant rushing cylinder coloured bright orange and made of water comes up out of the water, reaching right up past the clouds. This is the point where I start freaking out and all I can hear is this deafening rushing of water. The sky goes all dark and theres lightning, I look to my mother and she's walking towards this cylinder that has come closer to the shore. I'm screaming MUM! don't go near it! Then everything goes dark and silent. I feel myself being compressed smaller and smaller, I feel really heavy but like a ball of solid....energy. I'm floating in the darkness and I hear whispering all around me, I can't make out what they are saying. In my mind I was thinking I'm dead.....this is what happens when you die. The thing that sticks out most to me is becoming this orb or ball or whatever, I felt so compressed and small but really heavy. I think I had a dream about dying...not my actual death....but maybe my curiosity about death created something like this.....any thoughts on this would be really appreciated. Thank you.
