    Levitated off the bed

    One night i woke up all of the sudden, i felt like i was levitating off my bed and got shoved back down into my bed! It took my breath away! I'm not sure what caused the shoving feeling, but it kinda scared me!

      OBE? Or Astral Projection? I'm not sure if they're the same but it might be one of those

      I think OBE and Astral Projection are just very vivid lucid dream. In your lucid dream the sensations felt real and the breath taken away feeling felt real, and the levitation felt real. You might of had a false awakening in there too.
