dream fragment

I was a toddler lying supine on a cold metal grate walkway. At the same time I was standing about four feet away and watching myself. There was a lot of water spiraling around my head in the tube the walkway was in. I'd say the tube was about 12 feet in diameter. About twice my height. The water was spinning around insanely fast but wasn't making a sound.
