hi , i had this horrible experncie this morning with lucidity and sleep parylis , i was trying to acheive sleep parylis this morning but i could not so i decided to go back to sleep , i went into a dream straught afterthat and realised i was dreaming when i walked out my house through , i had a weried feeling , a headache , dream felt like it was faded , so i sat down and thought of my body , but i woke up parylized with intese vibrations in my head , leges arms , a spinning feeling
and then i finally got out of it . it felt like i had just woke up through

like i had sleep paralysis in a dream
