task of the year dreams
I feel as though I should write a cover page, or precautionary paragraph, for this dream journal. Most of my dreams tend to be lucid; even if I have little to no control, I'm usually always aware that I am dreaming. In fact, it is more rare when I DON'T know I am dreaming than when I do. Some nights I sleep so soundly that I do not recall my dreams, or am unaware of dreaming, but most nights when I fall asleep, I am aware--in some part of my brain, and consciously--that I am one asleep, and two, dreaming. However I do NOT keep any form of record of my dreams, and I'm starting to think that needs to change. I would also like to learn more about dreaming in general and lucid dreaming in particular, and thus why I am here. I intend to title my entries of this journal solely by dates, for my own personal easy referral. Any comments on my dreams are most welcome; I am not easily offended and I enjoy hearing other points of view. With the help of this website, I intend to explore more thoroughly my dreams and their possible meanings, as well as new things that I may be able to accomplish while dreaming. I intend to go as far back as possible with the recall of my dreams in this journal, from birth to present, because I believe my past dreams--some of which I still remember--might help me with my study. Thus my entries will be dated (some not so very accurately) and added, hopefully, in order. Thanks, Dardrae
