In this dream, I was located in an area that had a river that made a 90 degree turn (if a 7 was 90 degrees, most of the stuff happened on the "upper lip"). There were also these 2 big hills, like mountain-range-ish, that was in the shape of a smaller, superimposed 7 on the river 7, though the corner was removed. That is where the city was.

Now time for the actual dream. I was driving a truck (which happened to have this big, 12-foot-long, 1.5-feet in diameter iron pipe in the back) down to a harbor/dock/loading-type station. After driving through a few gates, I get to a pair of guys, about 20-30 years old. I got out and told them i brought them their pipe. They started asking me questions, like this:

Them: Do you have WOW Digital Cable?
Me: Yeeeah...
Them (in a slightly peeved voice): Then do you have the WOW permission paper and authorizations?
Me (bewildered): Nooo.?
Them: Than we can't help you.


All this time, I was thinking like, wtf?
