I became lucid somehow (poor dream recall) by doing that nose reality check. After having no particular ideas as to what to do, I decided to fly upside down, belly up. I got really close to the ceiling so I tried to ghost my hand through it. AND I WAS ABLE TO! Really interesting. I've never phased through a wall in a lucid dream before.
