After my first (albeit brief) DILD experience yesterday, I was hoping that i'd be able to catch on quickly. That was not the case this morning unfortunately, but it was an interesting dream none the less.

I spent the whole evening chanting, "I will become lucid" as I fell asleep. My mind apparently likes to screw with me, as I dreamed that I woke up in the middle of the night with somebody shining a flashlight into my bedroom through the window (which is right above my bed). Thinking someone was about to break into my house, I flip out and leap out of bed, grab the bat that is propped up next to it, and run to my door in a groggy stupor. My door is unusually hard to open, and I begin to wonder, "Wait is this a dream?" and then I woke up. My heart was pounding, but at least nobody was breaking into my house that time around XD

Stupid brain.
