I was friends with Robert. He was a running back wanting to go to the pros. However, we were in some sort of environment that prevented that, something that was holding us back. We talked about getting out. I gave him an idea of how to leave. He actually did it.

He ran. I cried when I realized he had left. I was talking to Stacy about it. She said, "Only Robert knows his potential now." What will happen when the pro bowl looks at him now? Stacy and I shake hands, but there was reservation between us.

Then, I find out that Robert did make the pros, un-drafted.
