My dream last night was non-lucid and kind of confusing. I was on a boat in the middle of the ocean so things were most fluid about the dream. An hour passed on the boat (probably about ten minutes irl) and I walked around the deck looking for something. I didn't know what it was, all I knew was that I needed it before we went to our location. I turn a corner and see a little girl, crying. In her hand is a small fox plush toy with a tear in it. When I ask her what's wrong she hugs me and says, "Mommy, I had a bad dream". I blink and hold her, unsure of what to do. Apparently, I am this girl's mother and I guess, looking back at the dream, I was looking for either her toy or her father/my husband. I woke up when someone comes over and taps me on the shoulder. Just as I turn to look at them, I wake up. Any idea what this means?
