    1. Nazi camp/Harry Potter

      by , 04-10-2012 at 12:10 AM
This is a dream from a while back.
I was in a Nazi-like camp, except in the frame of the Harry Potter universe. Two of my closest friends were with me, as were two characters (Remus and Sirius) from a Harry Potter fanfic. One friend and I were pure bloods—we were put in the back, and treated well (mostly ignored). The half-bloods were in the middle; they were being yelled at and terrified, and uncertain of what would befall them. Remus was in trouble, because the Hitler figure (Umbridge?) found out that Remus was a werewolf and thus not a pure blood. The muggleborns were isolated in a separate chamber. They were forced to wear light blue uniforms, long stretchy shirts, with a symbol on them. They were also unable to walk fully upright—they were being controlled somehow so they couldn’t hold their heads up fully, and were oddly contorted. My other close friend was among them. I woke up as they were being led away. I was trying to figure out how to save her.
    2. Cave to the beginning of time

Last night (October 21st) I woke up at around 6am from a dream about a cave that led down to the beginning of time. It was a wide spiral staircase of light stone, with candlesticks evenly spaced along the walls. The staircase had been started at the beginning of time, and it led to the beginning of time. No one could travel all the way down, or even close to all the way, because one would be crushed by the weight of time and memory. I was minding a little boy, and I took him down a few spirals for something to do. He wanted to go all the way down but I told him we couldn't. We looked down the space in the middle, and couldn't see an end.
It turned out that the dream was a memory (within the dream) and it was many years later and we were looking back on that experience. The little boy had grown up to become an old grouchy successful businessman.
