So these are more like notes of past dreams than a full blown summary. For some reason they've stuck in my head :p

Black hole dream- All I can really remember of this dream is Earth being destroyed by a black hole. If I remember right, I tried to save it, but failed.

Sick person dream- All I remember is seeing an extremely sick person in the bathroom mirror. Can't remember if it was me or not.

First "Lucid"-I was walking in my local walmart with two of my friends. One of them said something to which I responded, "Yea but this is a dream" instantly realizing this made me lucid. However my n00bishness got the best of me and I didn't know to stabalize. The entire place started spinning into blackness and I woke up .
