04/17/05 - Room Acrobatics - Apr 17, 2005</span>

I was playing my lucid induction CD at 4 AM. I went lucid via (DILD) and noticed I was in my room. I was doing acrobats in slow motion (due to I knew I was dreaming). I was doing flips, twist and other complexe sumersaults you would see in the floor olympics. But when I do these, it\'s always in slow motion, like there is no gravity. I can still here the Induction CD in the background, I don\'t loose touch with the sound. I spun myself into a new scene, where it was beautiful outside, I remembering wanting to get out of my room. Once I arrived, I remeber that I couldnt hold on to the visuals, I was waking up.

Additional comments:

<span style="color:darkblue">This is the second time I didnt loose the sound of the CD. This proves to be very affective in holding on to Lucidity from one image to the next. It was unfortunate that I was waking up.
