Last night was weird. Went to bed early and stop using my lap two hours before. Had three dreams, all in different time sections. But it seems that all three were about traveling. After waking up I recall two of them, but then I forgot. I was completely blind, the more I try to recall them I couldn't. Then I put my mind on getting ready for work and just like that I remembered the two dreams.... plus another one I had but didn't remember when i recall the first time.
this last two days i haven't been able to remember my dreams. I haven't sleep well. I have to much things to do and i been using my computer too much. I just found that been in front of the computer before going to sleep weakens your ability to fall sleep fast and prevents your REM so you don't get to remember your dream. Today i will stop using my lap at least two hours before going to sleep.
I been doing this for two weeks now, had my first lucid dream last friday and haven't had another since then. Maybe i am pushing my self too much for it to happen. Since my first lucid dream i do reality checks all day and i have been doing MILD, but yet, i haven't be able to remember,on my dreams, to do reality checks since my dreams have been to regular or haven't been weird at all for me to question my reality. Any ways, now i know that i have dreams all nigths, this technique of writing down the dream after waking up and recall it is great. I'm able to remember my dreams, and for sure, i will never stop dreaming ever again!!!
