I went to bed with a Holiday Headache. I didn't take anything for it because I really felt that I could dream away the tension. I tossed and turned but was finally able to sleep. My dreams were chaotic, trying to turn the car around on a dirt road, hearing about a crazy friend from my past. As I woke up this morning, the headache was gone and I know that my dreaming helped release it. It's kinda like needing to say something or get something off of your chest. I needed to dream to express the tension inside, and once I did I felt much better. Another benefit of dreaming!
