Ahhh, Kazm, good times, good times. A little backstory, Kazm was the first band I was ever in. When it comes down to it we were really just a bunch of mates jamming. Over our 2 year career we only played 3 or 4 shows, but they were badass, we all played really bad and the band and crowd always had a generally bawesome time. You couldn't blame us for being bad, we had zero experience, me and the drummer were the only band members who could really play all that well, but who cares, we were just kids.
I am in a room I have never seen before, but the 'look' of the place reminded me of the aesthetic of my school. There were 3 amplifiers in the corner, 2 boring looking amps and my epic marshall. And a table in the middle of the room. My bandmates are all there, it appears we are about to play a show. We talk about something and then a tough looking black guy dressed like a bouncer/bodyguard or whatever, walks in and says 'We should really get going now.' I believe one of my bandmates says something like 'Show time!' Then everybody started walking towards a door in the corner. I panic and shout 'FUCK! What's the setlist?' Tom turns to me and says some random word that I don't recognise. So I reply 'You mean we're going to just try and jam and fail epicly?' and Tom nodded. I told a bunch of roadies who were standing around to grab my marshall and bring it down for me. I go through the door in the corner and down some stairs and end up in an elongated version of my school's sports hall. There is a stage at the other end of the hall, but the audience is sat down in chairs that are arranged like a maze. When I finally reach the stage I hear Mrs Stoker say 'Now...Performing...' and then some random band name, so I figure we must be performing in a talent show. I climb some stairs and walk past the stage and into the backstage area. My bandmates are already there and are rehearsing. There is a small hole in the back wall of the backstage area that leads into a random music shop, which was like heaven to me, there was a wall with masses and masses of packs of guitar string with different guages and stuff. I was so caught up in how amazing this shop was that I didn't hear Mrs Stoker announce Kazm and the rest of the band went out and played without me, which I didn't mind cause I wasn't warmed up and wasn't ready to play anyhow. I spent the rest of the dream in the shop just browsing the epicness of everything.
