Had normal dreams, but don't remember. I did have a WILD after.
was looking at visions, not quite in the dream, then stepped into
the dream. I was in a park walking and zooming in on the scene.
looking at the people walking and running. I walked down a hill
looked to the left and there was a pond. before I crossed the street
I let a runner go by. I stepped up to a railing and stood beside a
gentlemen and said hello, he said hi back and then said something else
but I couldn't understand him. I told him I was dreaming and that was
the reason I couldn't understand him, he then tried again and I still
could not understand him, he then walked away. As he got up the hill
he said "by the way, good choice". I took that as nice choice in scenery.
In other words I created the scenery and he approved.

I walked away from the pond and as I walked away, there was a cop in front
of me and he appeared threatening. I remembered someone said you could
throw fireballs in your lucid dreams, so I tried it, to no avail.
However, as I retracted my hand it started to generate electricity.
I held my hand up to the cop and shot beams of electric current at him
and it seemed to hurt him, so I stopped, though I knew it was a dream,
I knew it was wrong, but it was very empowering just the same.

Side note to this lucid dream: As I lay in bed my vision was very vivid
and this helped me have the WILD and the lucidy was strong and vivid.
