I was sitting in my living room with my brothers when somebody knocked at the door. One of my brothers answered it, and let two people in. One was a police officer, the other was a girl I know. They asked me if they could speak to me privately. We went back outside, and into the backyard. They showed me some notes that they had found a several different crime scenes. They were bizarrely worded and seemed to make no sense at first. Then I realised that it was meant to look like that. I had a friend back in highschool who was a bit crazy, and he wrote stuff like this all the time. I only remember one line, it said something like "The giraffe's neck isn't long enough to reach the back rows." I started guessing the meaning behind the note, and they agreed with my assessment. They asked me to be a paid consultant for their Law Enforcement Agency. I agreed, and I woke up as they were filling me in with the particulars of the case.
I was in Minneapolis I think. I was waiting in the car with my brother while my Dad ran some errands. We got to talking about getting attacked by aliens or something, and buildings began to fall near our car. It was so loud it shook the car. As soon as I looked at the next building falling, the other one was reset. There it was standing exactly where it should be. It was bizarre. I realised my brother wasn't seeing any falling buildings and instead thought I was crazy. After that everything is too confusing to remember clearly At this point I woke and went to the bathroom I don't know why I became lucid, but I was standing in my old room, in my old house. I decided to go outside and see a girl I knew. The moment I became lucid, everything got brighter, and clearer. I went outside and looked at the sky. It was about 4 pm I think, and the sky was a soft baby blue. The clouds looked like bacteria under a microscope. They were moving in bizarre patterns with quick jerking movements. I made it to her house which was not very far, and she was outside watching her little sisters play in the yard. We started talking and I told her sisters to go inside. We proceeded to have sex right there in the grass. Afterwords I lost my lucidity. I was walking home worrying that someone had seen us. I should have done a reality check, but instead I went inside. My dad was saying something about 'Mars 2' which was apparently supposed to be a really good show. Then I woke up.
My DILD-ing has failed me once again! One should definitely realise they are dreaming while on the moon. Anyways, I was doing some sort of mission that involved a big retractable structure coming out of the moon. We typed in some stuff on a computer and this building came out of the lunar soil at like a 45 degree angle. Then we slid down it and enjoyed the reduced gravity for a bit. I then had a false awakening, I remember playing some sort of videogame in my old house while remembering that cool dream. Then I had a wierd dream where I had to go to summer school at a school I didn't know the location of. Eventually I gave up and walked to a group of people I knew and hung out with them for a bit.
The dream starts out with me riding in a jeep talking to a few people. In retrospect, I should have become lucid because I don't think I knew these people. The driver was a man, and there were two girls and me. Anyways, I glance out the windshield from the backseat and see a comet. It looks utterly magnificent. It's probably 20-25 times larger than the sun in the sky, right near the horizon. I point it out and we're all watching it when it hits the ground. We brace for the shock-wave and when it hits our little jeep is hurled backwards about 50 feet but manages to remain upright. We're all okay, a couple scrapes and bruises and psychological trauma, but okay. We get out of the car and head to the nearest house. Then owner lets us in and we're all pacing around his house excited and euphoric because we survived a comet strike. I remember pieces of our conversation. "Did you see the comet?" we asked the home-owner. He laughed and replied, "Well duh it was bigger than the sun!". The conversation went on a bit. Then he asked me about the impact. "How big was the mushroom cloud?" "It was all I could see." I said. We were laughing and singing and partying all night, getting really drunk and celebrating the fact that we survived.
First fragment was me driving in a bizarre parking lot trying to hide an expensive bottle of vodka from my parents. I backed up really far into the parking lot that is apparently behind my house.. Anyways I hid it in a box under some other boxes and had a very difficult time driving the car back to its spot. Second fragment was me at work with a broken toe. Last night IWL I dropped a box onto my toe, but my toe is not broken. Anyways, I was walking around looking for random things like toenail clippers and tape, and I kept telling supervisors that my toe was broken and they always said, "Get back to work"
Well this entire dream fragment takes place in a rather strange setting. There is a small park behind my house the a playground, a pond, and a basketball court with some picnic tables. The whole area is probably half of a mile squared. So not very large at all, in fact I can see the park in its entirety from my back steps. But in my dream, this place was very large and twisted. I knew that it was supposed to be the same place but it really didn't look right. I'm kicking myself for not becoming lucid. Anyways, enough with the setting and on with the dream. There is some sort of party or gathering going on here that I am thrust into the center of. I recognise I few people from waking life, two girls I know in particular. I am talking to one of these girls, lets call her Jane. So we are having a long conversation with lots of people in the background doing something. Seems like they were just walking around mostly. I wish I could remember the conversation verbatim, but all I can say for sure was that it was of a romantic nature. She leaves up some wooden stairs set in a large hill (neither of these things exist in waking life) and I follow her. While following her, I lose track of her in run into the other girl that I know. She asks me if I remember her, and I say of course I do. We have a conversation and I can't remember anything after I meet her. I really should have written this down when I woke up this morning but I had to go to the store.
Red title means non-lucid Dream Fragment 1 (Nov 2nd)- I remember being in my old house with a girl I knew from High School and some of my friends and neighbors. I heard from my neighbors that the people down the street abandoned there newborn child and left the state. We walked over there and found the baby dead or dying underneath a storage shed. Dream Fragment 2 (Nov 2nd)- I was with the same girl as before and we were playing basketball at my neighbors house. I missed several obvious dream signs. First, my neighbor does not have a basketball hoop. Second, the basketballs were heavy and sort of flat, like they were halfway filled with sand.
Dream fragment 1(non lucid)- All I remember is being on a dirt hill shaped like a wave. The part before the overhang fell and I rolled through it then the rest fell on top of me. Dream fragment 2(non lucid)- I was in some building with friends of mine. We went down an elevator on accident trying to get away from someone. It was a video game I realised because the enemies had levels above their heads. We were level 2 and the zombies were level 106. Then a boss came out level 124 and killed us all. Dream fragment 3(lucid)- I was driving in a car with superman I think. I'm not sure if it was superman or not, but he could fly and shoot energy out of his hands like goku. Our car was picked up by telekinesis by some sort of evildoer. I hit the hazard lights which was for some reason a PA system and told the guy superman would get out of the car and fight him if he put us down. I got out of the car when he put us down and ran to a tank in the road and got on top of it. I watched the fight from there. At some point the dream changed to me flying around in UPS where I work with a friend of mine. I became lucid when I realised I can't fly. I landed and tried to do a backflip and failed. My friend showed me how to do one and said try again. I took a deep breath then made the mistake of closing my eyes and I lost the dream. I woke up shortly after.
I was on some sort of mission/scavenger hunt with a friend of mine IWL. We went to a run-down looking building in the middle of a rainforest to look for an alien artifact. I don't remember specifically whether or not if that was our only goal. Anyways, we are searching the building for awhile when we find a door that lead to a very rickety lift style elevator. It looked like something you'd see in Borderlands or something. When we rode it down into the room below us, It was shaking all over the place violently and we thought it was going to break. It didn't, and when we reached the bottom we found that the room was full of strange looking beetles. They were roughly the size of a ping-pong ball, bright orange, and had a spinning propeller-like arm on one side. My friend said they were called fire-eaters and the aliens engineered them to absorb radiation from the experiments they were conducting. He searched for the alien artifact while I played with these strange creatures. I woke up shortly after.
I remember being in a place that looked very much like the concession area of a baseball stadium. There were many people there, most of them I didn't know. They were hiding because out on the field was an immortal and he was going to swallow some girl's soul. I'm not sure what he was exactly, but it was clear that he wasn't fully human. There was a dark purplish mist-like energy flowing out of him. He looked very human, but he had claw-like hands and feet, and all of his teeth were pointed. I don't know what came over me, but I ran out there and challenged him to a duel for the woman's soul. I had no special powers that I knew of, but I had an irresistible urge to fight this creature. I must have known him somehow, because he recognised me and laughed at my challenge. "It's been so long" He screeched at me, "Do you still remember me?". My silence to that question must have given it away. "You don't!" He said angrily, "Challenge accepted, I'll have to grind the memory of me in deeper". Images flashed too fast for me to make out. Next thing I know the stadium is ruined and we're facing each other breathing very heavily. The girl is gone, I don't know what happened to her. I have in my left hand a long, thin sword. The creature runs away, vowing revenge, and everything goes black.
I was having a very strange dream that seemed so familiar. It wasn't like I had this exact dream before, but I had memories inside this particular dream world. I was trying to get into this very exclusive weapon shop to buy a new dagger. It felt like a videogame. There were poison gas traps and armed guards. I got past all of that stuff and I was looking at the weapon displays and I thought that this was all very bizarre. I sort of blacked out, or at least I don't remember anything, and when I came to I was outside my own house. I was jumping around in the street trying to fly, but only able to stay in the air about 15-20 seconds at a time. I realised I was dreaming as I was waking up.
I am standing on one of those 1700's sailing ships. You know, like the Black Pearl from Pirates of the Carribean? Anyways, the ship is just drifting in the middle of the Arctic Ocean. At least I assume that is where I was, all I could see was waves and icebergs. It was late at night but I could see due to the spectacular Northern Lights and of course the moonlight. I was standing near the wheel, looking out over the deck and the ocean in front of me. I remember feeling anxious, like I was waiting for something to happen. I had no clear goals or really any idea why I was on this ship or how I got here. I was freezing cold and all alone. The wind was strong, but not gusting. Just a constant rush of air at my back. The sea was getting progressively stormier so I went below deck to avoid the wind and the cold spray of the sea. I was going through the footlockers and cupboards in the crew's quarters, when I found an old book bound in some sort of darkened leather. I tried to read it, but the pages were wiped blank immediately after I turned to them. I could see the words for only an instant. I put it back, not wanting to disturb this creepy ghost ship I guess. I turned to leave and there was a large man in the doorway. He must have been nearly 7ft tall, and he was dressed in a captain's uniform. His hair was grey and his face was deeply lined, but his eyes were bright and alert. He was holding a large silver key in his left hand. I asked him what the key unlocked. He said a key doesn't unlock anything, it only locks things. I was confused but it seemed foolish to argue. He asked me to come to the Captain's Quarters for a cup of tea and to chat. I followed him, but the whole time I wondered where he came from. I had already searched the entire ship and found nobody. We sat down at the table and he set down a kettle of tea and two small teacups. I picked up the kettle and poured myself a glass of sand. Bone dry sand, not tea. I looked up to ask him why he had sand in a tea kettle, but I was alone in the room. I freaked out and called for him, but he didn't answer. I opened the door and ran out onto the deck, searching for him. I was alone again. Now the waves were gigantic and crashing down on the deck. I ran up the steps to the wheel of the ship and looked out over the ocean. A wave twice as tall as the ship crashed down on the deck and smashed it into pieces. I sunk into the ocean like a lead weight before I woke up.
