    1. Almost lucid! Boo!

So I ALMOST attained full lucidity.

In this dream, one of my dream characters had been attacking me and while anticipating that attack, I suddenly had this realizing that it was a dream. When she came in and started attacking me, I kept screaming that it was a dream over and over again.. Instead of gaining control over the dream, I woke up altogether.

Is there no way for me to remain asleep after that?

Another weird dream this time.. Well, maybe not weird but more vivid.

I was actually doing terribly when it came to moving out. As it turns out, I did not move out at all and actually over-occupied the room by having put stuff on my roommate’s side. There were, to say the least, several signs in the dream that should have let me know it was a dream, but I didn’t really think it was out of the norm. First, on my roommate’s side was my stuff and for some reason I should have known that the only way she was able to leave is if she were to have moved out already but she didn’t.

My RA was there and I told her I would be able to move out in an hour. There were several things in the room that I had that I didn’t have in real life – a wall-sized poster of Youko from XXXHolic, for one. Sheer pink curtains and so on. I also got lost several times going back to that room… so much that I ended up in a charcoal black version of my dorm full of girls that eventually became prostitutes. Yea, I should have known.

I also saw a scene from the Magician’s Nephew for some reason.

Well in the end, I was late and as it turns out, someone had broken into the dorm and it had become a crime scene (I was warned not to go beforehand but I didn’t listen) and when I had started packing up, I was told to pay for it because I wasn’t supposed to do that.

Long story short, things got so bad that I was like, “Oh my god, I just want to wake up from this dream.”

I have come to notice that I become more lucid when it is a bad dream. It's usually bad enough for me to wish it wasn't a bad dream and will myself awake... Maybe over time I can learn to control it, so, any tips for inducing nightmares?
