Used normal relaxation methods and mantras and achieved sp as normal but this time I tried large movements with non physical body. I got my legs to move a little bit but mostly I had my arms and torso floating through the bed on command! Started attempting to make my head float and had some success. I then attempted to sit up in non physical form but most have moved my physical body because I was pulled back and woke up. Probally gonna try a DILD tonight as they seem to work the best for people
