Vivid dreams after WBTB

Last night i tried WBTB with WILD, i found it very hard to get back to sleep and eventually i did, i woke up in the morning remembering 3 very vivid dreams..But no lucid unfortunately.... Is this a good sign?

Last night i tried WBTB with WILD, i found it very hard to get back to sleep and eventually i did, i woke up in the morning remembering 3 very vivid dreams..But no lucid unfortunately.... Is this a good sign? I would think so. I'm mostly a DILD guy myself, so I need good vivid dreams to take advantage of. You've got your wings and all, so obviously you're no n00b at this... what is your usual technique?

My usual technique is WBTB with WILD but i sometimes get a LD out of it, but over the last few nights all i have got is very vivid dreams and i remember 3 i had last night in very good detail, i can remember what i was saying and what people where saying around me.
