I have ADD,and whenever I dream (or think), my mind just goes all over the place. Whenever I dream, it's like i'm just plaing an online game, and lagging. One second i'm here, another second i'm there. Sometimes when I think I get background music, and you all probably know how distracting that is. Im even being distracted now! Anything you guys think could help?

Wow, that's a difficult one. Some peoples brains are just wired a little different.

Have you had a lucid dream yet? I wonder if you could find in a lucid dream some medicine you could take to help? Just a thought.

I have had mini lucid dreams, for like 2 seconds. And I don't even no if those were dreams! My brain was mixing up dreaming with thinking about dreaming. I was thinking about what I will do in my dream. Now I can just plain go to sleep, but I will still have atleast 5 thoughts about it.

I can only imagine what it is like to have ADD. I've hot a friend that is borderline ADD. He is torn back and forth constantly and he jumps from topic to topic with the slightest suggestion.

Yes, although my previous medications have not been working out so well (anger managment problems), now i'm on something all natural, which is a sleep aid called Calms Forte. I took it this morning so we'll see what happens.

I have ADD and i have had a couple of good "proper" LD'S...

My only advice to you is to keep yourself from going bored in the day and then at night you wont have as much extra energy so it is easyer to try to LD

I have recently taken some ADD tests online (and thought I had it before I took those anyway) and it said I have moderate ADD.

I have not been officially diagnosed though.

I have had many LD's (11 in 3 months) but none very long and sometimes I do find myself getting distracted.

I think with practice I will get better though and maybe you can too.

Good luck on your journey in Lucid Dreams!

My friend had 3 full lucid dreams before I had one, and my last one which was on Thursday, was really short.

I found that having ADD also makes my dreams dim, and that I have low quality dreams while sleeping on my right side. Tonight I will try my left, then on my back.

I've had ADHD all my life and now I'm not so hyper anymore so I'm left with ADD. But still I have many lucid Dreams. And always have had them in my youth. So it didn't seem an Obstacle. In fact. I FEEL that this Disorder is also the cause for my Fine Lucid Dreaming Abilities and my Creativity.

I wouldn't see ADD as an ''Obstacle'' and ''Disorder''. I more see it as a rather Unique permanent State of Mind that in some cases can be VERY helpfull and blissfull while at other moments it can be a real pain.
