Someone on a forum I was at mentioned it. I was curious, so I Googled it, and BAM! Dreamviews! I had an LD about the night after I heard about it.

Well, before I knew what a lucid dream was, I had already had about four or five. My mom had this book about interpreting dreams, and out of curiosity I looked at it. In the beginning it had a brief section about lucid dreams, and I realized I had some of those before. I didn't really care much at the time and I was probably only nine years old.

When I was in grade 2 my mom bought a book called "Wake Up To Your Dreams" By Sandra Collier. At the time, I was too young to be interested in reading it, but four years later I read it and it was all about lucid dreaming and I loved it. I still have the book but I don't read it anymore because I have every chapter practically memorized, lmao!

I found out about it by way of researching out of body experiences and near death experiences.

I was doing my usual browing around the pit in ultimate-guitar.com. (i hope atleast someone knows what i'm talking about) And there was a thread about lucid dreaming. I looked it up and instantly became fascinated and a few hours later found myself on this site.

I thought I told you to quit hanging out with those creepy older ladies, no matter how intelligent, witty and gorgeous they are.

Hey, it says you found DV by magic. Is this older woman a witch by chance, also?

She has mentioned maybe making a voodoo doll or two, so it's entirely possible.

A girl on a forum I frequent (batsu.org) was talking about it in a dream thread, telling us about WILDs and WBTBs. I got interested and have been practicing since. I have had randome lucid dreams since then but I can't control them yet.

I have had them naturally since childhood, but just found out it had a name yesterday.
And experience it as a place to visit and play with reality.

I had one when I was young. I'd heard of them but when I had one I realised what they were.

Actually, the only thing we know is that everyone who is in this forum (and has posted of course) who found it online found it interesting. There are probably millions of people who found out about it online and weren't facsinated, hence their absence from this site.

When I was about eight or nine, I had one and in my dream i was like, "I'm dreaming! IM DREAMING!!!" (something I still do today). I forget what the dream was but I didn't think much of it after I woke up.
Dreaming is forgetting the basis of reality, remembering it is to be lucid.
