      Strange sensation, is it normal?

Last night i began HILDing for the first time, ok so i count in my breathing to one undred and imagine the weights in my feets and arms that holded my entire body, but then i passed to the erasing letter thing and erased them (continuing with the normal procese) and the i got to the skylight part and something strange but amazing thing happened, i was SO RELAXED that i start feeling that i was almost gonna split from my body, i felt like i was going down in my bed, and somehow i was gonna pass down and touch the flor and i think i would of i was a little more relaxed (i almost break the HILD cuz i was a little scared)

      is this normal?

The relaxed mind is an unusual place, and I think almost all of those "weird sensations" are normal. Its just your body reacting to how relaxed your mind is.

It's hard to describe sensations like that, so I cant tell you that I've felt the exact same thing, but it sounds familiar. Most often for me, I feel like I've shrunk to the size of a barbie doll...but I'm weird like that.

I have never experienced this personally, but it's a commonly reported phenomenon among people who practice astral projection.

Its normal, and actually desired. Continue with it, and don't have a fear of anything.

Should lead to a few interesting experiances if you stick to it.

Perfectly normal...sounds like sleep paralysis to me. Like unknown said..just ride with it and you'll be able to enter a dream from there.

Yes, this is normal to have sensations such as this. I have had the sensation of my arm being in one position when it is actually in another. It isn't that you have an astral body, that stuff isn't real, it is just your brain. I dunno what the reason for this is but then there are dumb arse things in dreams that seem to have no reason.

Don't be worried about it. Just chill. Be scared of reality because the illusion of safety and control is only an illusion, at least in dreams you do have control because it is YOUR dream.
